Cisco Asr 1001 Router
- If you look at the 1001-x with 16.3 they appear to share BFD support items closely if you look at Common Features. I'm about in the same boat as sryan2k1. Looking at 1001-x's and finding features in licenses is becoming maddening. Also our vendor is pushing Cisco One pretty hard so we're looking into why that's beneficial here as well.
- We are planning to purchase ASR 1001-HX Router because of the 10 GE ports. We were quoted for four FLSA1-HX-2X10GE and we only need four 10 GE ports. What I understand on the link below is that ASR by default, the first 4 ports on bay 0 and bay 1 can be enable without a license. Do we really need.
